This fee applies to an employer/plan sponsor who works in HR, benefits and/or pensions for an organization sponsoring a group benefits and/or pension plan.

Accommodations (October 28)

There are a limited number of guestrooms available at the group rate of $449.00 plus taxes for the night before (Wednesday, October 28). If you would like to reserve a room, please indicate below. The cut-off date to request is September 25.

*The price listed above is for single and double occupancy. If you have more than two people staying in your hotel room, you will be charged an additional $30 per extra person, per night. This amount will be payable upon check out and will be the responsibility of the guest, not Benefits Canada.

Dinner (October 28)

On Wednesday, October 28, we will host a private pre-conference dinner at Vantage Venues (150 King St. W.) for $119 per person**. If you wish to attend, please indicate below. Only a limited number of spots are available for the dinner.
